Ba Duan Jin is one of the most common forms of Chinese qigong, used as exercise for over 1000 years. It provides many health benefits. In this free course you will learn many basic skills with instructors from GanEn Taichi New Zealand (GTANZ). 4 sessions, bi-lingual course.

It strengthens muscles, tendons & improves balance. Regulates breathing, relaxes your mind and reduces stress. It provides positive health benefits for our respiratory, circulatory & immune systems.
