Green Prescription - Active Families delivered by Harbour Sport is a free 6-month programme designed to support whānau who want to make healthier lifestyle changes, increase their physical activity levels, and build healthy habits that can be maintained long term.
The programme supports families to become more active, learn about nutrition, and gain the confidence and skills needed to participate in regular physical activity.
