Covered Outdoor Area

Leading out from the double doors you have access to the large covered outdoor area.

A great breakout space to have your lunch on a sunny (or rainy) day!

Communal Garden, Library and Cupboard

Great community initiative, tended by the community, for the community. A bit of water would be welcome when you visit!

Kitchens

Large commercial kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave plus a kitchenette off the foyer with urn, microwave, fridge. Albany House has its own kitchen with fridge, microwave and kettle.

Foyer

A lovely foyer area leading off the room with comfortable seating and 2 breakout desks and chairs for short periods of work. This is open plan to the kitchenette and leads to the 4 bathrooms (one disability).

Discounts

Regular hirer discount

We offer a 20 per cent discount off the standard hourly rate to regular hirers.

Regular hirers are individuals and organisations who hire a venue we manage ten times or more over the financial year (1 July to 30 June).

Local board priority discount

We offer a discount to community groups to recognise the vital role they play in engaging the community.

For activities that meet certain criteria, community groups can get up to 40 per cent off the standard hourly rate. These discounts are not cumulative.
